Dietz Drainage, Inc. was started in 1980. Joe Dietz had previously worked for another tiling company and decided it was time to strike out on his own. Joe took the work ethic and drive that he has had his entire life and invested in himself and a core group of people. His wife, Carol, was a school teacher at the time and had a newborn daughter at home, but together they have made a great team and preserved to make Dietz Drainage, Inc. what it is today.

Throughout the years, Joe and Carol have grown the company from one tile machine and a backhoe to a full excavation and tiling company with several pieces of equipment. This is a full family oriented company with all four of their children, nephews, brothers, fathers and now grandchildren learning the ropes from the bottom up. Their eldest son, Paul, is heavily involved in all aspects of the business. He started when he was 14 and hasn’t quit yet.
